Cambridge Audio is a passionate supporter of local music and we are proudly sponsoring the Cambridge Rock Festival taking place from 5-8 August!
This fantastic music festival takes place in the historic city of Cambridge, the birthplace of Cambridge Audio and runs over four days. The festival offers a huge array of great acts, including ‘Monsters of British Rock’, featuring former-members of Whitesnake, Black Sabbath and Wishbone Ash. With such a great line-up, this festival is set to really rock!

Vastly improve your TV using DacMagic... how?
Another amazing way to use your DacMagic was unearthed last night!
Did you know that most LG and Samsung (and others) have an Optical Out? Plug it into a DacMagic and the difference in sound quality is like night and day. The quickest and probably cheapest serious upgrade I've ever made to my system.
Meant to have an early night but spent hours revelling in how cool music channels now sound. It’s on a par with high-end CD quality…

840E/W Products of the Year in The Absolute Sound!
The Absolute Sound (US, January 2009) has bestowed two Product of the Year awards on Cambridge Audio's flagship Azur 840E pre and 840W Class XD power amplifiers.
The 840E was named 'Preamp of the Year' while the 840W bagged 'Solid-state amp of the Year'.
The magazine stated, "The 840E and 840W represent two of the most satisfying debuts in recent years."

Cambridge Audio is back from this year's CES in Las Vegas and DacMagic's Innovations Honoree Award is safely in our ever increasing trophy cabinet.

Cambridge Audio launches new products at CES 2009
Cambridge Audio enjoyed time Stateside at the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
Launching were the Azur 640BD Blu-ray player and 640R V2 HDMI 1.3b AV Receiver which are both expected in late Spring.
