What's Incognito Ready™

Fancy some salsa in the kitchen or James Brown in the bedroom?

This Cambridge Audio product is fitted with Incognito Ready™ outputs for the most simple multi-room set-up imaginable. Depending on whether your amplifier is Type I or Type II Ready, you can share either the same or different music between your hi-fi and up to two other rooms.

Incognito Ready is completely unique to Cambridge Audio and means you can easily link your main hi-fi with Incognito keypads (and passive speakers) or to active in-ceiling speakers using just one run of cable.

Incognito Ready is the most easy and cost-effective way to extend your hi-fi to one or two additional rooms such as the kitchen, bedroom or the bathroom.

What do I need to configure my own Incognito Ready Multi-Room system?

1. An Incognito Ready amp or AV receiver
(e.g. 640A version 2 - a Type I Ready amp. Or the 840A - a Type II Ready amp)


2. An Incognito KP10 keypad for each room where you want to share your hi-fi*


3. Pair of SS10 passive in-ceiling speakers (connect these to the KP10)*

*Alternatively use AS10 active speakers connected directly to an Incognito Ready amp or AV receiver


4. Incognito power supply (PS10) connected to the rear panel of your Incognito Ready amp or receiver


5. Cat5 cable (1 run per zone)


6. Optional learning remote control (LR10) or simply use your Cambridge Audio remote control.

That's it - an instant multi-room audio system - no hub required!

Remember, any Incognito Ready amp/ AV receiver can share music with two other rooms.
