Before posting a query, please ensure you have:
1. Consulted your user manual. If you have lost your manual, please look at the page below to download a free manual for any recent product. Manuals for legacy products can be found here
2. If that doesn't work, please call or email your supplying dealer. All our retailers are professionally trained specialists and can answer the vast majority of questions you have. You can find your nearest dealer on the Cambridge Audio website.
3. If you think the answer to your question or problem is simple, it probably is and has been encountered many times before! In this case please search our FAQ database.

Amplifiers
