Content & Events Marketing Manager - , United Kingdom

Salary: £30-35k depending on experience

We’re looking for a relentlessly enthusiastic, persuasive and engaging new team member who can maintain our current roster of brand and music contacts whilst rapidly expanding this network. We’ve just added our very own bar and music venue – Melomania – to our offices in London Bridge and we’re looking for someone who can use this unique platform to create engaging, unique content which will drive increased awareness of our brand and product range through our digital and social channels.

Sales Analyst and Forecaster - , United Kingdom

Salary: £28-32K based on experience

We're looking for a number cruncher and music lover to join the team in our London office. We are on a mission to become the most talked about hi-fi company in the world and we need someone to help us analyse our sales, prepare demand plans to ensure we have the right stock in the right location for our customers all over the world.

Sales and Marketing Support - , Germany

Assisting customers via our online ecommerce platforms, including pre-purchase questions and stock control. 

Troubleshooting a customer’s enquiry and problem solving the situation in a tight deadline. Order processing and status tracking.

Handling administration of demo units (for exhibitions, demonstrations, reviews and press). Supporting the sales team and back office staff.

 

Customer Support Agent - , United Kingdom

Salary: £22K+ depending on experience

First line of response to enquiries via our web and telephone based Customer Care Centre.

Assisting customers via our online ecommerce platforms, including pre-purchase questions and stock control.

Ensure that customer enquiries are responded to and resolved within agreed Service Levels and in a responsible and professional manner.
