Payment & Prices

When buying direct from Cambridge Audio, we use fully Secure Payment Providers like WorldPay or PayPal to give you absolute confidence at the checkout, for payment and delivery.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

All prices are in Euro and include VAT at the appropriate VAT rate, currently in Germany at 19%.

If you are already registered with us and need to update any of your details such as delivery or billing address you can do so at checkout, or visit ‘My Account’ and check the details we have for you are up-to-date.

Delivery and returns

If you have any problems with your product, or you’re not 100% happy with it for whatever reason under the Consumer Contracts regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase and it's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

We know no one likes things too complicated. That’s why our products are designed to be easy to set up and use.

Service & Support

Yes, while we don't expect anything to go wrong, as we all know things occasionally do, so for peace of mind all products come with a two-year warranty. This does not cover above average wear and tear, misuse and abuse.
