When buying direct from Cambridge Audio, we use fully Secure Payment Providers to give you absolute confidence at the checkout, for payment and delivery.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

All prices are in Sterling (GBP £) and include VAT at the appropriate UK VAT rate, currently 20%.

If you are already registered with us and need to update any of your details such as delivery or billing address you can do so at checkout, or visit ‘My Account’ and check the details we have for you are up-to-date. 

Unfortunately, we cannot specify a timed delivery. You should receive your order 2-3 working days from dispatch. 

If something has gone wrong on the journey with your new product, please contact us at our UK support centre 020 7551 5408 so we can sort the problem out.

If you have any problem with your product, or you’re not 100% happy with it for whatever reason and Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. Obviously that’s a bit of a faff so just contact our UK support centre 020 7551 5408 and will talk you through the simple returns process.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase and It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

If you do have a problem or a query of any sort, just call our team on 020 7551 5408 and one of our friendly experts will walk you through the set up or problem and get you up and running fast. 

In the unlikely event of something not working quite right, simply contact us and we will talk you through the product setup and see if a warranty repair is needed. 

We believe it is. As speakers contain moving parts it can take a while for them to bed-in and loosen up to deliver their best performance. They will work absolutely fine from the box, but you should notice they sound even better after around 48 hours of continuous play.

Yes, while we don't expect anything to go wrong, as we all know things occasionally do, so for peace of mind all products come with a two-year warranty. This does not cover above average wear and tear, misuse and abuse.
