The sound of these headphones are unbelievable. All ranges clear and defined. Good depth. Make sure you try all silicone buds to get the perfect fit for you to experience the superb sound. One thing I seem to have problems is the Bluetooth signal dropping out even when the source is next to it.

With regards to signal issues Could you please try to reset - Keeping both headphones in the case then press and hold both buttons until the earbud status lights briefly turn blue.At this point you can release the buttons and the reset procedure is complete and the earbuds will no longer remember any of the devices that have previously paired with them.You will then need to follow the initial setup procedure from scratch.If the above does not help to resolve the connection issue please get in touch with Cambridge Audio support via our website where we can arrange to exchange them for another pair which should resolve the issue as this is not how we would expect the earbuds to be performing.
