Delivery and returns

If something has gone wrong on the journey with your new product, please contact us at our HK support centre +852 2882 4000 so we can sort the problem out.

Delivery is free and will arrive within 2-3 working days.

We try our best to keep to that, but all delivery times are approximate.

At busy periods such as public holidays, it can take longer.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of goods, please contact us. Unless there is a fault, you may return the intact goods within 30 days after purchase for refund. All the goods are to be returned with a receipt, the original packaging and labels together, etc. including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

We know you don’t like faff. That’s why our products are designed to be easy to set up and use.

If you do have a problem or a query of any sort, just call our team on 020 3514 1521 and one of our friendly experts will walk you through the set up or problem and get you up and running fast. 

We can ship goods to any Hong Kong or Macau address (home or commercial building address, except a PO Box).

Service & Support

Yes, while we don't expect anything to go wrong, as we all know things occasionally do, so for peace of mind all products come with a two-year warranty. This does not cover above average wear and tear, misuse and abuse.
