Fantastic amp
Not only functional, but beautiful!
I got the clean, pure sound I expected from Cambridge, but was surprised by how absolutely gorgeous the AXA25 receiver is. The pictures don't do it justice! The darker grey of the front panel (rather than silver) is elegant, and the little position indicators on the buttons are absolutely perfect.

This amplifier is excellent but not for an audiophile.

Wake up to the world of audio
After much searching and review reading I was as confused as ever, I was stuck with Smart speakers with too much base or no middle or top end, I have a few friends that are big on audio and have spent £££ on equipment and both of them said if you want a good start go CA, so I did an AX25 with a pair of SX50's, well what can I say, my dream has come true, amazing kit, good price and sounds great. This is kit with no bells whistles and shiny things it does what it's supposed to do and does it well. My journey has begun!
