These tick so many boxes.
Firstly they feel nice in the hand - well made, with a good helping of aluminium where many at this price point are made of plastic. They come with a 2 year guarantee, which is more than most, and can be extended a further 6 months when you register your purchase
Secondly they are user friendly - you can use them with or without the app, the app is reliable and well designed and the phones have buttons on them rather than touch sensitive controls, which i hate.
Thirdly -battery life is so, so long. And Cambridge have thoughtfully made the battery and ear pads user replaceable for a reasonable price, so they are arguably more sustainable than most or all other headphones out there and could in theory last a long time.
Fourthly - the sound is. just beautiful. Balanced, precise, clear and completely tunable to any
preference.
The noise cancelling is good - perhaps not the best on the market, but decent, and the phones are comfy and well packaged. Honestly i can't fault them.
The icing on the cake - one of the audible feedback options available in the app is voiced by Matt Berry, which is pure gold!
