This is my first hi-fi, having come from home theatre before. The Cambridge amplifier has excellent sound quality. I also like the subdued looks of the unit.
Choosing input numbers rather than input type (cd, phono) seems a good design choice, to avoid anything looking dated in the future.
Having a second pair of balanced inputs might be nice.

Hi there We took the decision to update our CX version 2 range to be available only in the Lunar Grey colour in order to bring continuity across the range and because we found that black was not as popular a colour amongst our customers when we had it available in version 1 range.
I am sorry if this does not suit your taste however We have already passed your feedback through to our product team and I am assured that this will be noted when planning future updates.

Great amp. Bought this primarily for streaming my digital music collection alongside streaming via Bluetooth from my TV.
Works brilliantly with great sound and very little latency.Would recommend this to anyone looking for a digital HiFi amp.
