I received the CXA81 at home on February 27, 2023 and I haven't been disappointed in any way. The amp replaces a CA AXR85, and joins a CXN v2 and a AXC35. The AXR85 is a fine sounding unit, but the CXA81 is much more efficient at driving the speakers and gives the music more clarity and presence. And pairing it with the CXN unlocks a number of features in the CXN that I didn't know about. I've had and enjoyed the AXR85 for 4.5 years and I am looking forward to many years of music enjoyment with my upgraded system.
