It couldn’t be simpler. Connect Evo 150 to the mains and to your speakers. Open StreamMagic, connect to the network, then fire up your favourite music streaming service. Pick a tune, press play and adjust the volume to suit. When you're ready, you can dig deeper to set Evo 150 up just how you want it, adding functionality as you go.

Superb Allrounder
Simply incredible
My existing high end all in one streamer has served me well, but I felt that the very warm and resonant sound could be improved upon. Just as I was trialling a Canadian competitor, the Evo was announced. I already own a Minx and have lusted after the Edge for some time, but its price and sheer bulk have put me off. But this Evo sounded ideal.
I have just had this delivered - set up was as straightforward as these things can be - and have enjoyed some varied listening on it.
How was it? The Cambridge engineers know their stuff - the pre-amp was always going to be good and you can tell how they have put in a lot of time fine tuning the overall sound. It is warm, like my high end unit, but the bass is far better controlled and more mid and high detail is thus audible. The volume at 50 % is room filling - this is a powerful unit! The larger screen is a plus and the compact size and appearance make this unit acceptable in any room style.
Add to that the price (I chose the 150) is almost half that of my high end all in one, while sounding better, and you can see how Cambridge have a winner on their hands.Write a Review

I replaced my T+A music receiver with the newly launched Evo 150. I cannot see any obvious difference in the sound quality running on my ELAC FS-407. The sound is detailed, precise and warm with TiDal for example. The connectivity and integration is easy and fast into the network. I enjoy the new product. Thanks to Cambridge!
