The sound quality issues you mention—muffled treble, boomy bass, and rear speaker vibration—do not align with the feedback we've received from others or the results of our own extensive listening tests. While we appreciate that sound quality can be subjective, your comments suggest there could be a fault with your unit. If you haven’t already, I strongly recommend reaching out to our support team so they can look into this further and assist you in resolving the issue.
Regarding your suggestion for an alarm clock feature, we want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. Huge music streaming decoding capability, really very impressive sound reproduction.
Where the Evo One falls a bit flat is it's ability to act as a sound bar for a television. Using with an ARC PCM connection (non eARC) or optical connectivity with a TV falls flat. Not sure why yet.Read more Read lessResponse from

Sounds fantastic at the moment I use the digital radio streamed through the app, itunes via my phone and my Alva tt2 phono all sound really good. The setup was a bit confusing (my fault) between the phono and evo one but once it was sorted I was away.

Sound quality nowhere near the reviews - treble poor, muffled I would say, bass boomy without being close to tight, and terrible vibration booming from rear speakers even on classical music with organ.
I bought this to see if Evo One's could replace my Sonos speakers, but there is no ability to even have a wake up alarm for example, so they cannot even replicate basic Sonos functionality. I raised this with support and they said there is no alarm feature and never will be.
