Been living with these in my ears for a couple of weeks now. I've tested them in lots of scenarios and conditions. For hours on end. I bought these as an upgrade to some decent Jbuds Ive had for a year or so. I'm a big music lover and have buds in most hours of the day. Wanted something to really bring so,things extra when it comes to sound quality.
Sounds quality
Ill start with my key criteria. This is impressive with the M100's. The sound is open and well structured. The bass is full and the mids and treble all sound crisp and clear. Different instruments and layers of tracks have there own space and feel like they are coming from different parts of the room/your head. Seems to handle all kinds of genres well. Volume is powerful and wouldn't be able to keep it at full volume for long.
Fit.
I'm finding them perfectly comfortable. Once you remember to 'the twist' qhen you put them in you get a good fit. I'm using the memory foam buds and they have a nice feel to them. Initially I thought they muffled the sound but some tweaking of the equaliser has compensated very nicely. Been wearing them for up to 6 hours at a time with no discomfort. This has included gym, pottering round the house etc. and only need the occasional rearrange. I always needed large-fit buds tips and these fit nicely. The body of the bud is slightly top heavy so can rotate down over time but really minor and not uncommon for buds.
Battery
Haven't timed it but still haven't charged the case. Absolutely no complains.
Build.
Case feels solid and robust. Buds pop in and out nicely, with a strong snap of the magnet. The buds themselves have a good feel to them, solid but simple. Buds tips are easy to change.
Connectivity.
This is one area I've been less than impressed. I have several episodes of random Bluetooth disturbance. Seems really intermittent with no pattern. Seems to mainly affect the left ear but can be both. Usually only lasts for a brief time and when it hasn't resolved itself a quick on-off of the Bluetooth on my phone seems to sort it. Hasn't happened too often. Had them regularily connected to two phones with very few issues.
The app
Pretty basic and doesn't seem to always be talking to the buds. I've had a couple of instances of the buds not pausing when I take them out, despite that function being enabled in the app. Ability to save equalisers is helpful but doesn't offer a huge amount.
ANC
This is the M100's biggest weakness for me. Really not cutting out much, even on high. Seem to massively struggle with even the lightest breeze, seeming to amplify the wind sound like as if its in transparency mode (they're not). I've been leaving them in normal most of the time. Transparency mode seems to work well and relays a decent amount of ambient noise.
Controls
Getting on OK with these. The buds maybe don't always sit and the most natural angle for taping the sensor when they are in the ear so find myself tapping the ring around the pad more often but seem responsive enough. Not the best I've used but perfectly functional. Don't miss not being able to reprogram the buttons. I tend to tap quickly and they seem to want more of a pause between taps so just getting used to that.
Calls and mics.
Seems absolutely fine, made plenty of calls and call quality is good and I come through clearly on the other end apparently.
I'll be keeping them because they are really performing in my ,most important categories.
Been using them with an Samsung S22. Buds up-to-date firmware and music mostly played in FLAC or 320 mp3.
Bluetooth Issues
Quality drop out when on aptx adapxtve
Stuttering when using regular aptx
Great potential but these aptx issues is affecting my listening experience
I bought these after my melomania 2 had become tired and old , after seeing that i could not buy a replacement due to the fact that you have stopped making them , understandable but a mistake as first you need to have a good product to replace what i believe to be one of the best ear buds i have ever had and i have had a few ,i cant remember how many times i have told this to anyone that was interested , i was worried not because of the price but if they could be as good as the ones they were replacing , sadly they are not , they have many more bells and whistles added but sadly lack the basic's , fitting in my ear was the first problem , i have not yet found a way to make them fit like the bullet type of the melomania 2 . i would love to do a full review of all the features like the sound and all of the other bell and whistles but one of the most annoying things is the new gesture feature to control the buds , at first i could not work out why the earphones would keep cutting out or turning off and disconecting , with time i worked out that it was sunlight and shade that was acting like a gesture , as i work outside this become the most annoying things to have to deal with to the point that i now regret buying them and also have the fact that my son now has my old earphones that are better than my new ones . you may need to look at what made melomania 2 so good and incorparate those things into melomania m100 , then add some bells and whistles , good luck with sorting these problems out .

Have owned a number of well rated TWS items (Sony, Google, senna.) & these are best in terms of fit, functionality, sound, noise cancellation & value. Going to get a backup pair. To add sound has an indefinable rightness to it which I cannot adequately describe/explain 😊
